Cooking Class Series Outline

  • Meets Mondays from 6:00-8:00/2 hours per week for four weeks
  • Cost $200 for series, includes all food, and a meal at each class.

Each week we plan a meal around a different culinary competency, and you will leave with recipes to use. I am available by e-mail between classes should questions arise.

  • Week 1—Roasting: Roast chicken, with pan gravy, rice pilaf and salad
  • Week 2—Braising: Short ribs with mashed potatoes and sautéed greens
  • Week 3—Sauté: Pork medallions with roasted root vegetables and balsamic spinach
  • Week 4— Fish: Oven roasted salmon, with saffron orzo and green beans
