Simple Vinaigrette Dressing

Simple Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons good quality olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vingear (any type, cider, red wine, balsamic, rice wine)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 pinch fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic (smashed)

Note

I really like Herbmare, in my dressings. If you use this, skip the salt.

You can also substitute fresh lemon juice for the vinegar.

Directions

Step 1
Put all ingredients into a container with a tight fitting lid
Shake for a minute or two
Add more salt or pepper to taste
Keeps for up to 1 week in the fridge
