Ingredients
- 8oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 8oz extra charp cheddar cheese
- 8oz pimentos (drained and diced)
- 3/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

| Two hours before grating cheese, put it into the freezer, it will grate easily, and leave no sticky residue on your food processor or grater | |
