Basic Scone
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 5` tablespoons butter (cold or frozen)
- 2 Large eggs
- 3/4 cups heavy cream (or sour cream, full fat, plain yogurt)
