Farfalle with Tuna and Goat Cheese
Ingredients
- 1lb farfalle/ Bow tie pasta
- 1 can solid white tuna (drained and crumbled)
- 3oz fresh goat cheese (crumbled)
- 2/3 cups roasted tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (more to taste)
- 1/2 cup pasta water
