Ingredients
- 2lb Brussels sprouts (cut in half or quarters depending on size)
- 2 Medium shallots (sliced thin)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Sherry
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 2-3 cloves garlic (sliced)
