This white bean and artichoke dip will take you about 5 minutes to make and it’d delicious, healthy and a perfect alternate to hummus! I’m always looking for new dips, and though I love creamy dips, this one is great with Italian themed appetizers. You can add a can of tuna and use it to top pasta for a dinner in under 3o minutes.
Makes about 2 Cups
1 Can Canellini Beans (unsalted)
1 Can Quartered Artichoke Hearts
2 TBL Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
1-2 Tsp Salt
1 TSP Lemon Juice or Cider Vinegar
Put all ingredients into bowl of food processor and process to creamy consistency.
