Dana-I can’t imagine how crazy it must be for employees; I only know how crazy it is as a customer! Yesterday I hit Costco and Trader Joe’s – both were super busy but the cashiers and customer service people were just delightful. Now I am staying out of the stores and enjoying my holiday.
