Burned coffee in carafe

We’ve all done it, left the coffee maker on with little or no coffee left.
Simple cleaning fix: put kosher salt- 1-2 TBL depending on the size of the carafe, add a handful of ice cubes, and swish around until the it’s clean.
If a little bit remains, that should come off fairly easily with a scrubbie.
