Oh end of year, oh Christmas day
With all the things I want to say
I spent a year of cooking madly
Some came out great, some came out badly
The seasons come the seasons go
Crisp fall, hot summer, and so much snow
Last winter seemed to never end
It finally did in Spring my friend
The Summer wasn’t way too hot
For that I’m thankful, yes a lot!
I did some travelling; hit the road
Went to BlogHer, new friends by the load
A stop in Boulder made me glad
To see great friends and their new pad
We met my sister in Virginny
We beached, biked, ate (I’m still not skinny)
I’m always glad to greet the fall
Because I love it most of all
A month or more of Yeah Write exposure
Tuesdays came with some disclosure
We circle ’round again to find
It’s Christmas with the year behind
There’s so much I look forward to
Like sharing another year with you
Much Love to You and Your Family
Merry Christmas
