    Susan - I think it was Einstein who said “if a cluttered desk is a sign of a cluttered mind, what is an empty desk a sign of?” But, seriously, I do think a little planning goes a long way. I might not always go to the farmers’ market or the grocery store with a menu in mind, but I usually leave with one or two meals scoped out that something in season or something on sale inspired, and that I am really looking forward to eating.ReplyCancel
