- COVER AND FINISH EITHER OVER LOW HEAT (on stovetop) OR IN OVEN, UNTIL FORK TENDER
- TASTE SAUCE AND ADJUST SEASONING
- REMOVE ITEM, AND HOLD WARM
- STRAIN SAUCE (optional) REDUCE AND THICKEN IF NEEDED
- SLICE ITEM AND SERVE WITH SAUCE
